 Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the Manager – Facility Management to optimise operational efficiency, maximise return on investment whilst prudently managing risk in developing the strategies, policies and procedures for managing the operations and maintenance for building services, as well as in developing operational guide lines to maintain our vision, culture, architectural language and operational aspirations for all projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge of understanding of the principles of Mechanical and Electrical  Engineering, Building Services and Facilities Management

Minimum Experience:

7 –10 years experience in Engineering roles at diverse facilities including at least 5 years in Facilities Management
