 Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the Manager - Facility Management to optimise operational efficiency, maximise return on investment whilst prudently managing risk in developing the strategies, policies and procedures for managing the operations and maintenance of estate infrastructure and services, as well as in developing operational guide lines to maintain our vision, culture, architectural language and operational aspirations for all projects.

Qualification and Experience required to apply;

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with background in infrastructure Construction, operation and maintenance.

Minimum Experience:

7-10 years in Estate Infrastructure Engineering and Construction out of which 5-7 years experience in Facility Management.
